Kitchen Guerrilla - Üraippu Marinade

A marinade reminiscent of Northern Sri Lankan style curry flavours, flaming hot, bold taste and a tangy hit of lemon and lime. Marinate your meat, poultry or seafood with this sauce or add this to your favourite curries or stews to take your flavours to a whole new level.  

Ingredients:

Scallion, Bhut Jolokia, Soy Sauce, Spices, Garlic, Ginger, Tumeric, Onion, Tomato, Vinegar, Lime Juice, Water, Brown Sugar, Kosher Salt, Molasses, Vegetable Oil, Curry Leaf, Xanthan Gum.  

Instructions:

Shake well before using.  Refrigerate after opening.  Use as a marinade (1tbsp/1lb) or add to curries / dishes for a kick.  Too spicy? Add a bit of yogurt to tone down the heat!
